Business Management –What does the bible say?

This article is about a business management and the example of a man named Boaz. I the course of life you may elevated to manage people in a work force. Remember always that it is a privilege to manage the greatest resource on the planet, men and women. Let us take a look at one man and how God used his life to be a blessing to others. This author recognizes that some may not recognize the Bible as a management hand book and that is okay. That being said let us turn our attention to the book of Ruth in the bible.
We will pick up the scene with the arrival of one of the central figures a man name d Boaz. What this author finds interesting is the way Boaz greets his farm hands with the greeting, “The Lord be with you.” It seems to me that Boaz is not simply greeting his crew with an empty greeting. Here is a man that is concerned with his workers. As a leader in any business, managers or owners must have a deep concern for the people that are placed under them. A quality manager takes the time to know his people.
The reaction of his labors is one of blessing. The people in the field seem to understand that for them to be blessed Boaz must be blessed. The relationship here cannot be missed in business. If you are running a brick and mortar business or an online business that dynamic must be at work. The online world as well as the offline world must have people that will give value first then reap a harvest. We can see that Boaz is the alert owner by recognizing a new person at the field. She is not a worker but a gleaner. Gleaning was the way that God provided for those who had little to nothing.
Ruth is not asking for a handout here. She is willing to work. Managers must be on the lookout for this type of person. This kind of person will give the value first and are willing to wait for the harvest. Boaz then is willing to go beyond the norm for her. Are you a manager or sponsor that has overlooked this kind of person? Look at your down line or the people that you manage and look to be a blessing not only to them but also their families.
Yes, as Jim Collins puts it, “Get the right people on the bus.” These people will be attracted to you only if you become one of the people who learn to add value to others lives. Business Managers must look for ways to be a blessing everyday. Greet those below you in a happy way let them understand that, yes, you have a business to run but you are concerned for their welfare. Doing this will help you build a productive work force.
Global Resorts Network and Why I Joined

Let me share my story with you why I joined the Global Resorts Network Team I did. I was in the construction business and I saw that by the year end of 2008 my construction business was in for a very rough ride. I had one employee and I just was not able to keep him working. That really affected me deeply. You see, I want to be a blessing to those who work with me. I also saw that I must have some other form of revenue coming in. I knew people were making money on the internet. Most people do not spend money for radio advertising if they are not making some money. I heard about plans and systems that could make you money on the internet. I began a journey that, little did I know, would begin to change the direction of my business life.
I figured that if I wanted another income stream I had to open a home based business today! I went to the internet and put in the website address I heard on the radio. I was full of anticipation. I was hoping this was going to work out. I filled out the form and was told to wait until tomorrow and some one would call me. I had been in MLM before, failed, but thought this would be different. Well the next day I was anxious for the call. Every time my cell phone rang I jumped. Finally THE call came. I talked with a guy and he made a lot of sense. He asked me if I would like to listen to a recording and I obliged. Well I signed up for the super juice, ordered the kit, paid my hundred bucks for the product was told to check my e-mail and follow the instructions.
At the end of the day you can imagine what state of mind I was in. Think about the excitement, the promise, and the money I was going to make. I opened my e-mail, followed the instructions to the letter. Then, I found out that I needed to buy a bunch of super juice every month, like a hundred bucks worth. If I did not maintain that, then I would not get commissions from people that I signed up. The real kicker was that I would have to sign up quite a few people to make the income that I envisioned. I was let down because these things where not fully explained up front. I immediately bailed out and got my money back. I assume that you like to be told things up front and want people to explain things to you also. So here I was defeated, let down and wondering what to do.
There where these radio commercials that I kept hearing. You know the ones that say you can make Xk a month. I knew that people who sell things can make a great amount of money. So again, back to the search engine, enter the website. There was the guy on the radio in living color and swim suit. He was using something called a reverse funnel. Yes, there were the flashy cars and things to motivate me. But hey, I knew that was for effect. The words on the screen, however, were a different story. While reading them I began to believe that I could do it too. All I had to do was plug in and I would be off and running. I knew Global Resorts Network was the business I wanted and out came the credit card; I was ready to go for it. Then I saw the charges. Extra charges that I did not see in the ad. Now, I had questions and I wanted some answers. Nothing dramatic just a few questions that once answered I would gladly join. I could not find a phone number on the website so like a fighter pilot I turned off the after burner. I was not about to risk my money without talking to a human begin. I did learn a few things, who wouldn’t after paying small up front free. I learned about selling high ticket items and liked the way that Global Resorts Network paid. I just wanted to talk to a human please!
So back to the search engine I went. Except now I started looking for Global Resorts Network itself. I did find it! But I really did not understand how to make the purchase. I searched and searched and finally I found a video with this scruffy guy telling me exactly why I throttled back. He had a bunch of videos on a popular video site and even had something called a channel that had more videos. (My kids knew more about video sites than I did.) I watched a bunch of his videos. He was selling Global Resorts Network just like the other guy but, those videos fasten my eye to the computer screen. I was ready to join this guy’s team. Once more I fill out the form, however, I hesitate, and I have a few more questions. This time I find a phone number. I call it and get voice mail. That doesn’t bother me because it’s late at night. I find another number for the assistant. The big guy won’t have time for me anyway. I just want to blast off and get started. I leave a message on the assistant’s phone. The guy calls me back, answers a few questions and wants to know if I’m ready to sign up now. I tell him call me back in five days. I go back and watch all the video’s the scruffy guy has up. Then, I watch a scruffy guy video that totally convinces me to join his team. I call the assistant’s number leave a message at 6:30am my time and tell him I’m ready. My phone rings and it is the assistant. I sign up. The assistant tells me the scruffy guy will call me that day at 11:00 am. Ok I say. Around 10:50. I put all my tools down find a quiet place and wait. 10:55,56,57,58,59 and the phone rings. It is the scruffy guy! I am talking to a real live human being, blast off, the same voice in the videos. The main reason I joined the Global Resorts Network Team I did, a real live human being.
Income At Home is it Possible to Succeed

Working from home and succeeding at it is an adventure. The question is why you must succeed working from home. I want to examine why people what to make an income at home. There are many reasons. The first one is quick money. Usually this is promoted as the crass get rich today using the super juice affiliate marketing system or the virtual vitamin system, and yes the ever popular if a kid can do it then you can too. Let’s take a trip down that alley for just a moment. These are the tools that many flock to online with their heads full of dollar signs. What these so called systems fail to reveal is that the industry standard failure rate is ninety-eight percent. What is also left out is what happens when the newbie stumbles and she has no one to turn to for answers or encouragement. When some one is looking online for the newest money kit for nine or ten dollars all they can see in there mind is a quick way to solve their immediate money issues. Very few people make money online quickly. I, however, do personally know one industry leader who made two sales in two weeks that lead to a very positive impact on her check book. So let me say right here and now that it is totally possible to make six or seven figures. I also talk at least once a month with an industry leader that once qualified for food stamps and is now living the dream that many are hoping to achieve. What my two friends have mastered is the work ethic that it takes to succeed not only online but in life. That leads us to the next reason.
People want to make money from home because they want to say good bye to their day job. Harnessing the power of the internet is the fastest way to achieve this goal. This is why you must succeed working from home. You see creating and achieving big ticket wealth is about dreams. This is the number one reason people want to create an income at home. What are the dreams that people the world over have? The number one motivation for someone looking to make money on the internet is freedom. Quite a few people will say they want to make extra income to pay a few bills. This is like a young child saying they only want one piece of candy or one scoop of ice cream, let’s get real. If you have children you already know they want the whole bag of candy or the entire gallon of ice cream. So please, the real reason the online hopeful wants to make the money is to kill the day job. The dream for online wealth is to fulfill the need for freedom. Freedom from car payments when buying a car that works. Wanting to see the kids grow up and possibly spending many more hours with your spouse. However, there is a quiet secret that many online systems fail to tell the online candidate. I am going to expose it here in this article.
Here is the online secret that many refuse to reveal to the wannabe affiliate. It takes work, time, and money. There are online systems that use a replicated website to produce leads and hopefully sales. The main issue with these sites is the monthly fee. These sites must also be advertised. This cost money and does not guarantee sales. People who want to make money online fast may not have the cash to succeed using these methods. Also many programs force you to buy a minimum purchase of the product every month to keep active status, fail to do that and the new super juice affiliate looses money and many time position and people. What happens when the car breaks down and one can not afford the virtual vitamin system web site fee. The site goes down and so do your hopes, this is when the super affiliate becomes a statistic and part of the littering of shattered dreams along the online roadside.
Is there a way to make money on line safely? The answerer is a resounding yes. How can I do this you ask? Here is the insight that will save you time and money. First, find a program that does not require you to make a monthly personal purchase. Do you think the grocery store owner down the street is required to buy product for himself or loose the store? Second, if you are offered a corporate site pay no more than one-hundred to one hundred-fifty dollars a year. Then purchase your own website host and get your own domain name. This will begin to personaly brand you online. This will give you complete control of your online brand and will help you to make money online on your terms not a corporation’s terms.
